I just love how this was cropped it makes everything in the frame feel as though it was in motion. Maybe that's the impression I get because it seems like a frame from a movie but the colors are so vibrant it almost feels like its right there in front of me trying to reach out, I can almost smell the flower.

The bokeh also compliments the subject quite well. The balance between the dominant and subdominant colors and the contrast of light and dark seems perfectly balanced. There is definitely a good sense of direction to this image, both aesthetically and conceptually. Perhaps that’s because I relate to it on a personal level since I have a picture similar to this one which holds a deep personal meaning but it's pretty original nonetheless!
